Seems like you can pretty much purchase anything that grocery stores these days.  However many pre-packaged foods contain preservatives to make them last longer on the shelf, in the refrigerator, or in the freezer.  A little time and effort can help you save a little money and cut out many of the preservatives.  Plus homemade food usually tastes way better anyways.
