Default Question about Picture shapes

I'm not actaully sure what that are called, but alot of you have some pictures cut in perfect circles or smaller square. What is the tool used for that.

I use the Creative Memories cutting system. You could also use coluzzle. Or a bowl and xacto knife. lol

I know some of the cutting systems can cut pictures like I have the Silhouette and it will cut the pictures for you. Otherwise a template with exacto knife works too.
