Is some kind of oil that you are supposed to have to keep them working properly??

I have heard demonstrators say that you should occasionally use your punches on waxed paper. i cant remember what it does for them but it is supposed to help keep them working well so they dont get stuck etc.

Oh thank you that is a good tip.

That is what is happening....they get "stuck". I will have to try the wax paper. Can't hurt, right??

Try aluminum foil to sharpen the cut. Works like a charm!
