Read those carefully. I don't know if previously they've been this way or not, but as of today's ad, they ALL said,, 'excluding all cricut products' in the fine print.

*my hubby got me that today too,,, well,, i got it FOR him for ME hehehe*

You guys are gonna love your new toys!! I like the Alphalicious and Tear Drop a lot! Check out this site:

Cricut*Cartridges*On*Sale...

If you buy 4 or more they are only 27.00 each! I went in on some with friends I think we all ended up with a couple each.

ALL HL, JoAnn, and Michael's coupons have "excludes Cricut cartridges" in the fine print. I love tags, bags, boxes, and more. I also like opposites attract. Animal Kingdom is cute.

I'm waiting on the four DH ordered me for my bday (from the sale Amy listed) to arrive!

I can hardly wait 'til Christmas,, waiting to play is going to be HARD!!

I do feel a bit 'misled' though that it said '2 bonus cartridges',, isn't that george a 'comes with all' cartridge anyway? So 'really' it was only ONE extra?

*still happy with it, just wondering*

also wondering, what tools are an absolute MUST after you buy the first box before you can USE it?

OMG -- You ladies are exactly correct. You can't use an extra Michael's coupon on ANYTHING Cricut. Of course I find that out while standing at the register with TWO cartridges. Needless to say I put them both back. I'm going to try to shop online with amysooch's link.

I'm trying hard not to open it and start using it. It's too tempting!!!

Thanks for all the suggestions!

I got mine at Walmart yesterday too. Yipee!! I even opened it and used it already. Love it!! But took a while to get used to which numbers you had to use on each dial.

Yes all the coupons exclude Cricut products(has been that way for a while). I heard that Cricut won't allow stores to accept coupons on their product.

BUT Michaels has them on sale this weekend for $44.99 and I got a raincheck because they were out of the ones I wanted.

Ok, then you know. What if anything MUST I buy that didn't come in that box before I can use it?

I say, forgo the tool kit and buy the "spatula" tool by itself. I haven't used anything out of the tool kit except the bone folder and it's just plastic anyways. But, the spatula tool is AWESOME! I would also suggest by the little "X" sticker maker from xyron to use on any letters you cut out. It is so much easier than trying to put adhesive on the backs of all the letters after you cut them out.
