anyone want to show some of the techniques using the water color crayons from stampin up. I have been shown how to color in an image and spray with water. Is this what you do or what else do you do with your crayons?

I use an aquapen (water brush). It's a re-fillable brush you can even find at Michael's.

When I use my crayons, you can either take the water brush and lightly rub it directly on the colored crayon and "paint" your area almost like watercolor paints. You can also take the crayon and put a mark on the area and "blend" it with the water brush (similiar to a blender pen).

The secret I've learned is to have a scrap piece of paper to "clean" the water brush off after each color. I just wipe and wipe until it's clear.

The water brushes come in different sizes too depending on the size of the area you're coloring.

I sure hope this makes sense!!!

This is exactly what I do with my watercolor crayons and I found some watercolor pencils on sale at Micahels the other day so I bought them also and I do this same thing with them!!

I like to use a blender pen with my pencils. I guess it just depends on how 'creamy' the pencils are.

Wiping in between colors is the trick!!!
