That sounds so funny to me! It is a technique I believe kind of like embossing but it leaves the impression with a fuzzy feeling. Let me see if I can find a link to something to explain.

Ok I have searched and I cannot find anything go figure. I got the Rockstart paper slab from DCWV and it has some flocked pages in it. It looks pretty cool as soon as I finish the page I started I will post it.

flocking is when you use a glue and then pour the flock! you do not heat emboss it to!
it looks fuzzy!!

I did this once at a Card making at Archivers!! its easy but VERY MESSY

Ok! Thank you! I thought maybe it was embossed because the stuff comes in little containers that look like embossing powders kind of. Thanks!

I am so confused. Die Cuts punch out of it.. Or its just one regular sheet or scrapbook paper?

No it is the name of a company that makes all kinds of scrapbooking products. I really like their paper it is sturdy.
