You will need: white school glue, stipple brush, pearlex powder (at least two colors), water (for rinsing your brush),a heat gun, glossy cardstock.

Put a good amount of glue on your CS.

Spread glue around your CS w/stipple brush until covered.

Pour a small amount of pearlex powder onto your glue-covered CS. ( I accidentally poured too much.) Use your stipple brush to move your pearlex over the glue until you like it.

Put your brush in water immediately after your finished spreading your pearlex. You've used glue and it will glue your bristles together!

Heat your CS w/your heat gun. Bubbles will appear. When bubbles no longer appear, your CS is finished. I tried to get a pic of my finished CS but didn't realize I didn't until after my card was completed.

Finish your card. Here, I stamped sunflowers onto glossy CS, then mounted onto another piece of CS, mounted that onto my pearlex-ed CS, then onto my card base. I used the two-way glue pen to put some glue on my sunflowers and poured dazzling diamonds over it.
