Tip: The first major item you'll need when you have your baby is a car seat. You can't leave the hospital without it! What I recommend to new moms is to buy one as part of a package as opposed to buying the individual pieces. You're getting a better value that way.

Tip: Now here's a tip that will save you tons of money at the grocery store: Make your own baby food! It's actually pretty easy.
