1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1-tbsp mayonnaise
1/2-tsp hot sauce
2-tbsp very finely chopped onion
2-tbsp very finely chopped bell pepper (I use red and green)
1/2-cup chopped ham (I use the O/M thin slices stacked and cut into small squares)
Combine thoroughly and roll into a ball shape. Coat with finely chopped, sifted pecans. Wrap in Saran and chill overnight.
