1 envelope lipton vegetable spring mix
8 ounce sour cream
jar of drained artichokes cut up
1 cup of mayo
1 fresh bag of spinach steamed and chopped up
2 green onions sliced
Mix in bowl and chill for 2 hours.
Serve with your favorite dippers:
celery,
carrots,
broccoli,
califlower,
crackers,
or pumperknickel bread.
