I make my own dip because it tastes so much better than storebought...not because it's lower in calories (although I suppose you could use the low fat versions of sour cream/may/cream cheese). We don't eat dip very often, so when I make it for a party, I want it to taste good. Everything in moderation IMO! LOL Maybe someone else can help you on that end...

Fresh Herb Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 scallions, white and green parts, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and blend. Serve at room temperature.

Here's one from cooks.com I found that was good... I only added some scallions (or I did red onion once) to it.
1 c. low calorie mayonnaise
1 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt

Mix above ingredients together until smooth.
