Wave Rosemary Chicken Wings

Rosemary Chicken Wings

2 pounds of chicken wingettes
2T. minced garlic
1 T. chopped rosemary(fresh)
1 t. kosher salt
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
3/4 c. black olives,cut up
1 1/2 T. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 T. brown sugar
1/4 t. ground black pepper

Toss chicken with 1 T. of garlic,2 t. rosemary and 1/2 t. salt in large bowl.Spread onto a baking dish and roast at 425 for 50-60 minutes until very crisp.

While chicken is cooking heat tomatoes,olives,vinegar,sugar,pepper and remaining salt,galic and rosemary in sauce pan.Bring to boil,turn heat down to simmer.Cook covered,Stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.Remove from heat and serve with cooked chicken wings.

Serves 4(3 pieces each).I need lots more wings than that so ya will want more wings.
