I love Applebees mudslides!!! They use ice cream and are fabulous. We have been trying to come up with a good/close recipe but nothing seems to match up very well. Does any one have a good mudslide recipe (alcoholic desert drink)?

Kahlua tastes good so you can put as much as you want.... if you don't want so much of it put some Kahlua and supplement with milk (you need to have enough fluid in there or it won't blend easily)....

I have to agree we always use Kahlua and add Vodka to it, never tried it with ice cream though just thrown in ice, sounds good though. Next time we'll have to try that, might not be until next year though, don't drink very often.
