I used to love TGIFridays Potato skins, but all of ours have shut down so I now make my own. They don't cost that much and they're are delicious.

We ate at Smoky Bones Grill (or BBQ? I can't remember?!) last weekend and instead of
"potato skins" they have what they call "potato slabs". They just slice whole potatoes lengthwise into about 1/4" thick slices and then top them like a potato skin, and it was really good!
