Thanks for the recipe! We love Shamrock shakes and always go to McDonald's for them, but can't now that we're living overseas. My family will be very happy when I make this for them.

Needs liquor! lol! I guess you could substitute the mint extract with Creme De menthe liquor. Of course you can lower the amount of food coloring and up the alcohol!
