1 (8oz)cream cheese, SOFTENED
8 oz braunschweiger
2 Tbs minced onion
1 1/2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
dash hot sauce
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
Mix together cream cheese, braunschweiger liver sausage, onion, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.(This works best if brauns. and cream cheese are NICE and SOFT)
Mix all and refrigerate an hour or so before serving.
Serve with crackers.
