Creamy Crab & Artichoke Dip-

1 8 ounce package of imitation crab delights
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese,room temp
1 cup mayo
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 large can artichokes(13.75 ounces)drained and chopped
3/4 cup(3 ounces)shredded parmesan cheese

pre-heat oven to 375

In bowl mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth.Stir in remaining ingredients and place into glass pie plate.Bake uncovered 15-18 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.Serve with crackers or french bread.

low-fat substitutions-use low fat garlic cream cheese,low fat mayo and 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese.
