Artichoke Bruschetta
1 (6.5ozounce)marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 roma tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbs minced red onion
1/4 c chopped black olives
1 Tbs chopped garlic
2 Tbs chopped fresh basil (this for me is the KEY ingredient so dont skimp here  )
salt and pepper
Mix all and serve on toasted baguette bread with slices of fresh mozzarella...(or you can serve as a dip with tortilla chips)
