1 brick of cream cheese
1/2 cup Blue Cheese Drsg
1/2 cup Hot Wing Sauce (such as Franks)
1/2 cup crumbled Blue Cheese or shredded Mozz (I use BC)
2 cups cooked shredded chicken

*1/2 cup grated cheese (I use mexican blend or pepperjack) *optional see below

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Place cream cheese in a pie plate or microwave safe serving bowl.
Microwave 1 min to soften
Whisk in Blue Cheese salad dressing, wing sauce, and cheese until smooth.
Stir in chicken
Bake 20 min or until mixture is heated through.
Stir well
*To thicken I have added the optional cheese after cooking, stir well.

Serve with plain wings or a sturdy chip. I like Pita Chips.

My tummy is not a huge fan of hot spicy foods - this was not too spicy. It was very poular and lasted about 10 minutes at my last party.
