Garlic Spinach Dip

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 cup Real Mayonnaise (Not Miracle Whip)
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced

MIX all ingredients; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Serve with crackers, bread sticks, Bagel Chips...etc
