Salmon Appetizer

You can make this on its own..but I usually like to make it with leftovers....SOOO G  D
1 lb salmon fillets
1 (8oz)cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sour cream
4 thin sliced green onions
1/2 tsp salt
5 drops hot pepper sauce
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp pepper
Poach the salmon 10 minutes in simmering water til flaky and tender. (or even better if you have some grilled leftover from night before  )
Mix rest of ingredients with flaked salmon-cover/refrigerate overnight.
Great w/crackers
