16 lg shrimp
block provolone cheese, cut into strips
1/4 c green chile peppers, diced
6 slices bacon, cut in half
1/4 c barbecue sauce
Clean and butterfly the shrimp.
Insert strip of provolone cheese and 1 teaspoon of the diced green chilies into each shrimp. Fold over shrimp and wrap with a half strip of bacon.(use toothpicks to hold em together)
grill and bast w/bbq sauce til bacon is cooked.
