4 large baking potatoes, baked
3 Tbs veg oil
2 Tbs parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cs shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c sour cream
4 green onions, sliced
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp leaving 1/4-inch shell.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Combine oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper and brush all over potato skins.
Bake at 475 8 minutes and turn over.
Bake for another 8 minutes then turn right side up.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese inside of skins.
Bake 2 minutes,til cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream and onions.
