Deep Fried Raviolis

2 dozen frozen meat/cheese raviolis
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c italian breadcrumbs
parmesan cheese
veg oil (frying)
red sauce (dipping)
Cook ravioli in boiling salted water til they float to the top,drain well,cool.
Heat veg oil in fryer,or pan(2"deep)to 375.
Dip ravioli in egg, then breadcrumbs(cover well)
Fry in batches in til golden brown,5 minutes,drain.
Sprinkle hot ravioli with parmesan cheese.
Heat sauce and serve.
