Tongue Garlic and Parmasean Olives

1 (6oz)black olives, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbs olive oil
3 Tbs grated real parmesan cheese

In a small bowl, combine olives, garlic, basil, and black pepper. Stir in the olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Stir well and chill, covered for at least 2 hours before serving.

I make these for my Dad and he eats them straight outta the bowl
But you could prob put them on toasted baguette bread also.
