This recipe came from one of those e-mail recipe exchanges. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but thought someone else might enjoy it!

Blackeyed Pea salsa
2 cans black eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
2 cans shoepeg corn
2 cans rotel tomatoes
1 bunch of green onions (tops included)(chopped)
1-2 tablespoons of garlis (minced)
1 small bottle zesty Italian dressing

mix all ingredients together, let set over night, and
serve with tortilla chips for a yummy treat.
