Here are 2:

Snack Size Bar B Que Ribs

2 lbs Pork Ribs

1 bottle of Bar B Que sauce

Cute Ribs in 2 or 3 rib portions. Arrange in a single layer in a roasting pan. Roast for 25 min on 450.

Drain Fat and season ribs and then coven in Bar B Que sauce.

Continue to roast, turning and basting occasionally with sauce, for 25 min. or until ribs are tender.

Potato Skins

6 potatos

Butter

Bacon

Cheese

Take 6 potatos and put them in the microwave until soft! Just like you would with a Baked Potato.

Remove potaoes and let cool for 5-10 min.

Cut the potatos in half, where you will have 12 potato skins. Take a spoon and take out the potato, Leaving about 1/4 in.

Take a spoon and rub a little butter in the skins, and place in oven on 400 until crisp *your preference*

Take the skins out and place the ingredients inside. This can be anything you like on Potato Skins!

Place in over for 3-5 min. and YOUR DONE!

The leftover potatoe that you removed from teh skin can be used for mashed potatos too! Evan loves them!!!

Tortilla Pin Rolls

1 package of flour tortillas
1 package cream cheese
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small can chopped green chiles

Mix cream cheese, olives, and chiles in a small bowl until well blended. Spread a layer on each tortilla..not super thin, but not a thick layer. Roll them up like a buritto and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 350*. When cooled, cut into 1-2 inch pieces..making the wheel effect. Serve with salsa. This is super easy..and always GONE at parties!

Okay...this is a recipe lamby posted on the old board that I made and took to a superbowl party. It was a huge HIT!!! Everyone...adult, kids all...LOVED them. They're a little time consuming since you have to cut the bacon & wrap the little smokies. I acutally split the bacon into fourths, because otherwise it seemed like too much bacon. But you can play with it. Then sprinkle plenty of brown sugar. Be careful, I almost burnt mine. But so yummy!!!!! I'm gonna take these everywhere I go from now on. So thanks to lamby!!

How about this? Bacon wrapped little smokies.

Cut bacon in thirds, wrap around little smokies and stick a toothpick in it to hold it. Put in a baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of brown sugar over the smokies. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

These are sooooo good. My kids love them, but we like bacon so maybe that is why.

For the potato skins do you use any type of seasoning? I would love to know what Ruby Tuesdays uses on theirs.
