This is one of my ultimate favorites.....

1 lb land o' lakes white American cheese(DO NOT USE MONT?JACK!!!)
2 (4oz)diced green chilies, undrained
1/2-1 c heavy cream(depending on how thick ya want it)

Mix all and melt in saucepan then pout into lil dipper crock pot

I made this at my Mexican fiesta for my ds birthday last week and everyone loved it...
It's great but if you like it on the spicy side definayely add jalapeno.
