Red Pepper and Feta Hummus

1 (15oz)garbanzo beans, drained
1 (4oz)jar roasted red peppers
3 Tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbs tahini
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsn chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
In food processor-puree the chickpeas, red peppers, Feta, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, cumin, cayenne, and salt,til fairly smooth, and slightly fluffy.
Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Return to room temperature before serving.
Sprinkle w/chopped parsley before serving.
