Does anyone have a good but easy alcoholic slush recipe?? We are going camping this weekend (adults only!!!!!!!!!!!!) and it's suppose to be in the 100's. I usually bring my usual Mike Cranberry but i'm getting sick of that, so i thought i would bring something different!

TIA!

Jen

bring a watermelon with you after first feeding it for several days with a couple of syringes of vodka:

Just make sure you keep it away from the kiddies

it should have the effect you want

Enjoy:D

Hmmm. Yes I have seen people cut a cork out of the watermelon and do that with rum and wine too.

We used to drink this stuff commonly called hunch punch. It's fruit juice, flavored rums, vodka(optional) and grain alcohol(Everclear). Mix it all up and put melon balls, grapes, strawberries, and other kinds of fruits in it. Beware when you drink it that you will get more intoxicated off the fruit b/c it soaks up the grain alcohol. Nonetheless, it's refreshing and yummy.

That's always been at every party I think I've ever been to, and around here they call it "Hairy Buffalo"!

Yes, be very, VERY aware of this.

With vodka and especially grain alcohol in fruit -- you can go from feeling completely sober to hanging your head off the side of a deck tossing your cookies, praying to God to just take you right then -- in no time at all.

Hope you guys have a great time!!

Hey, were we at the same party?

I'm storing that watermelon infusing idea for this summer! Thanks Anne!

Jen, try drinksmixer.com. You can scale the recipes. Besides, it's interesting reading!
