Deep Fried Tortellini

1 (16oz)cheese tortellini
1/4 c bread crumbs
1/4 c cornflake crumbs
salt and pepper
1 tsp parsley
oil for deep frying
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Cook tortellini according to package.
Rinse under cool water, and allow to cool slightly.

In aziploc bag,mix bread crumbs, cornflake crumbs, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep skillet over med heat.

In small batches,dip tortellini in egg,then drop in resealable bag.
Shake to coat, and set aside on plate til oil is hot.

In batches, deep fry breaded tortellini until golden brown.

Serve with red sauce or garlic alfredo for dipping.
