1 {16 Oz.} Frozen Cool Whip, Thawed
1 {5 Oz.} Pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
1 {15 Oz.} Can Solid Pack Pumpkin
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

In A Large Bowl, Mix Together Pudding Mix, Pumpkin And Pumpkin Pie Spice. Fold In The Thawed Cool Whip. Chill Until Serving.
Serve With Gingersnaps......

I was thinking of posting this after I saw someone posted a pumpkin roll. This is so good, and it makes a lot!

I like to use it for filling in a pumpkin roll, or else make a spice cake in a jelly roll pan and use this to fill it. Both very yummy!

Ok you all are going to think that I am crazy but I was too lazy to go to the store and I had chocolate pudding so I used that instead,......it was super good!
