Softened Butter, To Grease Baking Dish
1/3 Pound Monterey Jack Cheese Or Pepper Jack Cheese, Cut Into 1/4 Inch Dice.
1/2 Cup Frozen Corn Kernels
1 Green Onion, Thinly Sliced

Preheat Oven To 400 Degrees. Grease An 8" Square Baking Dish With Butter. In A Mixing Bowl, Stir Cheese, Corn And Green Onion Into Corn Muffin Batter. Pour Batter Into Baking Dish And Bake Until Golden, 15-18 Minutes.
