1 block(8oz) cream cheese
1 8oz jar jalapeno jelly(I get mine from walmart)
Ritz crackers(also walmart--GV brand are 1.00)

Let cream cheese come to room temp. Pour entire jar of jelly on top to coat. Spread on crackers. This is very easy, my 14 yr old dd makes it all the time. At Christmas time, I find the red and green pepper jellies. It also works well with sweet jelly and we eat this with graham crackers(also Walmart for 1.00)
