Rueben Dip Recipe~

*2 packages of buddidngs corn beef,diced
*2 cups shredded swiss cheese
*1-8 ounce package cream cheese,softened
*1-16 ounce can of jar saurkraut,drained
*1 package deli-party sliced rye or pumperknickel bread

*mix first 4 ingredients in a crockpot.Cookon high 1-2 hours.Serve with bread.Thin with milk if it needs thined out.


This is 1 of a few of my husbands favorite recipes.I eat a bit,the kids don't care for it and he will sit and eat the rest.

I made this at Christmas last year for a Christmas Eve party, it was a major hit with everyone and we loved it.
