1 (8oz)pepperoni, thin sliced
fresh ground black pepper (opt really)
Preheat oven 350.
Put pepperoni in single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake til crispy, about 10 to 15 min.
Transfer to paper towels to absorb the fat,sprinkle w/pepper(opt) and cool to room temp.
Great w/cheese dips or even added to subs!
