Raspberry Fruit Dip

6 oz. any flavor nonfat yogurt
3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar OR 8 oz block of cream cheese

Mix ingredients until well blended.
Serve as a dip for cut-up fresh fruit. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

FUN way to serve fruit-use pretzel sticks for tooth picks.

Apple dip

1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Sliced apples

Mix cottage cheese, brown sugar and vanilla together. Serve with sliced apples or graham crackers


Peanut butter dip

1/2 of 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2-3 tablespoons of milk
2 teaspoons honey

In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in peanut butter, milk and honey until well combined and smooth.
