I always hate to see people beg so here goes..........

one thing I make in HUGE batches and hand out is

Taco Bells Baja Sauce.......great on tacos but also makes a killler salad dressing!!!

1/4 of a red bell pepper, seeded
1 large jalapeno,halved and seeded
2 tablespoons diced onions
1 c real mayo
1 Tbs vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin

Puree the onion,red pepper and jalapeno then press w/back of spoon to drain juice,mix all and let sit overnight.A major family fave here that I make regularly!!!

(IT IS A ~*~MUST~*~THOUGH THAT YOU LET SIT OR IT JUST TASTE MAYO-EY..BUT NEXT DAY ...YUM!!!)
