I haven't tried any of these, but found a few variations on the regular Hot Chocolate...

Parisian Hot Chocolate
Ingredients-
¼ cup whole milk
¼ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
2 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces

Combine all ingredients in a pot on the stove and simmer until chocolate melts. Don't let the mixture boil because the milk may burn. Serve with whipped cream or marshmallows

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate
Ingredients-
1 cup milk (any percent)
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Combine milk and chocolate in a pot on the stove and simmer until warm. Stir in peanut butter. Serve with graham crackers and marshmallows.

Microwaves, Homemade, Rich Hot Chocolate
Ingredients-
1 ½ cups milk
2 oz dark chocolate

Place chocolate in mug. Microwave for 20 seconds. Pour ¼ of milk into cup. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir mixture with spoon. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir again. Pour remaining milk into cup. Microwave 2 minutes. Enjoy!

Mexican Hot Chocolate
Ingredients-
1 ½ cups milk
½ vanilla bean
1 red chili pepper
1 cinnamon stick
2 oz. Bittersweet chocolate

Split vanilla bean and pepper. Remove seeds from pepper. Simmer milk in a pot on the stove with vanilla bean, pepper, and cinnamon. Heat until just before boiling. Turn down heat and stir in chocolate until throughly melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly until serving (Warm or iced.)

White Hot Chocolate
Ingredients-
3 oz. White chocolate
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla

Simmer vanilla and milk until warm. Stir in white chocolate until completely melted. Serve warm with marshmallows.

and finally I think this last one looks particularly yummy ~

Hot Chocolate Pudding Mugs:
Ingredients-
1 pkg. JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
3 cups milk
18 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

PREPARE pudding mix with milk as directed on package. SPOON into 6 individual dessert mugs. Top each with 3 marshmallows. SERVE warm.

( All Recipes Thanks to the following Hot Chocolate Recipes )
