1 pkg little smokie sausages(16oz)
1 pd bacon
1 c brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 .
Dredge bacon through brown sugar and wrap each strip around a sausage.
Place the wrapped sausages on wooden skewers, several to a skewer.
Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and sprinkle them w/rest of the sugar.
Bake until bacon is crisp and the brown sugar melted.
This is our favorite sauce w/em.....
1/4 c mayo
1/4 c red chili sauce
1/2 c of brown sugar
works best if you make it the night before or at least a goo few hours before serving!
