8 c apple juice
2 cinnamon sticks,2in. long
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbs lemon juice
3 c pineapple juice
1/3 c honey

Mix all in large saucepan.
Bring to boiling,reduce heat,cover,simmer 10 min.
Remove cinnamon sticks and serve hot in mugs.
