Hot Feta and Artichoke Dip

1 (14oz)artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 c mayo
1/2 c parmesan cheese, shredded
1 (2oz)jar diced pimentos, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
chopped tomatoes, garnish (opt)
chopped green onions, garnish (opt)
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all together pour into a pie pan.
Bake 20- 25 min,til slightly browned.
Top w/tomatoes and green onions.
****Serve with bagel toast, crackers,tortilla chips or pita bread.
