this is one of our new favorite things and its soooo easy.......

8 oz shredded cheddar
8 oz shredded monterey jack
3 eggs
1/2 c chunky,thick salsa
dash(or 2)cayenne pepper
sliced olives(garnish)


Mix cheeses together.
Put 1/2 the cheese in a greased 9X9" pan.
Mix the eggs,salsa and cayenne together,pour on top of the cheese in pan.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake at 350 30 min.
Cool and cut into squares,sprinkle sliced olives on top and serve.
(also good cold)
