Here's another one.

1 red bell pepper, chopped
2-3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 serano pepper, chopped
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 big can of stewed tomatoes-whole
1 lemon or lime
fresh cilantro
salt and pepper

Pour juice from tomatoes into a large bowl, take each tomato and squish and tear apart by hand until the consistency that you want. With chopper, chop of 1/2 of bell pepper and onion along with a small handful of cilantro. Add the rest later if you need. Put into the bowl of tomatoes. Next chop up the jalapenos, add to mixture. Add a little salt and pepper, stir. Taste, if not hot enough chop up the serrano. Add a little at a time.

You can also add some garlic powder or garlic salt in addition to the garlic clove.
