Honey Chicken Wings
16 Chicken wings (about 3 lbs) 2 tsp Vegetable oil
1 cup Honey 2 Lg cloves of Garlic (crushed or minced)
½ cup Catsup Pepper to taste
½ cup Soy sauce

Preheat oven to 375F. Cut each wing in half at the joint. Place in a single layer in a shallow 3 quart baking dish. In a medium bowl combine honey, catsup, soy sauce, oil, garlic, and pepper. Stir to mix and pour over chicken wings turning pieces to coat. Bake for 1 1/4- 1 ½ hours or until browned. Baste occasionally
