I use green tea instead of water when I make jello, so the whole family gets the benefits without the taste (don't tell DH and DS's).

I really likeb this recipe- so yummy! I used frozen mixed berries and mango.

Green Tea-Fruit Smoothie

Makes 2 servings, 1 cup each

2 cups frozen unsweetened mixed fruit (peaches, melon and grapes)
¾ cup hot brewed green tea
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Combine fruit, tea, honey and lemon juice in a blender; blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.

Try this...

I thought that I hated it too until my friend made me try this. It's pretty good. Try the one with Citrus... I like it. It has 21 grams of sugar per bottle but if you want to cut down on that you can try the Diet, it has no sugar.

I Love the Lipton citrus green tea! I have found a clone recipe that I use all the time now - saves me a lot of money. I'll post it later.

I agree, it is best to try different brands because not all taste the same. You might check out some specialty tea stores to ask for a demo on different teas and how to brew them.
