I have tried it...but can't get past the weird taste!! I hear its soooo good for you, but I hate it! LOL! Is there any "healthy" tricks or things you add to it to make it at least half way appetizing?? Thanks all!

vodka

I have tried everything myself, from diet 7-up to sprite! I even added a little lemonaid!

I think that is just a taste you either like or you don't!!!

I really love a hot cup of green tea. I personally like it plain without any sweetener, but if you wanted to try a healthy way to sweeten it you could try stevia or xylitol.

Try white tea...just as good for you and tastes better.

What kind of green tea are you drinking? Hot or cold?

If you like cold tea, the Arizona brands can be a bit bitter. You can get the powdered kind (more sugar than hot tea, though!) by a brand called 4C and that is really good and a lot sweeter. To cut the sugar, I use the 4C sugar-free kind, and then add in 1 scoop of the sugared kind, just to cut down on that "fake sugar taste."

But... some people just don't like it!

I actually Like the green tea but it does have an after taste to it but I would recommend (if you dont use sugar) like lemon juice, orange juice, or any juice but not too much.

I use lipton tea bags to make iced tea and I have never noticed that it tastes differently. I will have to try some other green teas and see if they taste different.

In the summer, I put about 5 green tea bags in a 2 liter container with some honey and mint and let it sit in the sun for a few hours (until it's brewed) then chill it for some very yummy iced tea!
