2 Tbs olive oil
1 3/4 c chopped onion
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayo
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt


Heat the oil over med heat,add onions and 1/4 tsp kosher salt.
Cook and stir til the onions are caramelized to a nice golden brown, about 20 minutes. Remove the onions from the heat and cool.
Mix sour cream, mayo, garlic powder, white pepper, and remaining kosher salt. Stir in the onions when they are cool. Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours before serving.

2 plum tomatoes, chopped
4 ripe avocado - peeled, pitted and chopped
1/4 c finely chopped red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbs chopped cilantro
1 Tbs chopped fresh oregano
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs red wine vinegar (or balsamic works also)
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 squeeze of lemon or lime(about 1 Tbs opt)
1 diced jalapeno(opt but I love it)


Gently stir tomatoes, avocados, onion, and garlic.
Mix in cilantro and oregano,then stir in olive oil and vinegar.
Stir in feta.
Cover, and chill for 4 to 6 hours.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 jar marshmallow cream

-Soften cream cheese and blend with marshmallow cream.
-Serve with fruit.
-This is the basic fruit dip some people add orange juice to it, some do yogurt. No matter what fruit dip is YUMMY!!
