there are soooo many recipes for tiny pizzas...i like this one:
open a can of refridgerator biscuits--the flaky style.
separate each biscuit into 4 "flakes" (you know, peel apart by layer smile.gif )
top with any pizza topping and a little scoop of shredded mozzarella. bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes. yumm! i serve the sauce on the side for dipping so they crisp up on the bottom.
this makes 40 tiny pizzas (yes--i said 40 from 1 can!)

I usually use pita bread, english muffins & french bread slices to make small pizzas.
I never used those flaky layered biscuits - I need to try that.

this is such a fun thing to do w/ kids, too, let them make their own and watch them bake...they love it! and every kid I know loves "my size" food as my niece says...mini or little anything makes them happy! and this one is one of her special faves because not only is it her size but she gets to dip it...something about dipping, too, she just loves it!

We made these yesterday and my kids devoured them. My 5 year old went on and on about how much he loved them. And how easy!!! I used turkey pepperoni (hormel makes it) - it tastes yummy and has 70% less fat than real pepperoni. I put one on top of each little pizza with some shredded mozzarella and served the sauce on the side. Even my dh loved them.
