Guacamole-

Nothing quite like fresh, homemade guacamole for your tortilla chips!

.

2 medium ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and mashed

1/3 cup hot thick and chunky salsa

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tbsp. finely chopped onion

1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1 tsp. lime juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. salt

.

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover; chill for at least 1 hour.

What I did was put everything(except salsa) in a mini food processor and make it creamy doing it that way. Then once it got all mixed good I put it into a bowl and mixed in the salsa. It is so creamy!I used mild salsa.
